FAQ

Questions about the Property Action Plan

Scoped, plan-based property management for the Roaring Fork Valley — no monthly fee.

Is this property management?

Yes — scoped and plan-based. We write the order of operations for your home, with no monthly fee. No guest services, rentals, or pets. Use the Plan yourself, or hand it to your caretaker or manager.

Is this a home inspection?

No. It is not a licensed inspection, engineering opinion, or bid. A Plan records condition by system and turns it into a seasonal order of operations. Already had a buyer's inspection? We can help turn those findings into what happens next on your timeline.

What does it cost?

The Home Profile is free for now — a short form and a 30-minute call. Plans run $999–$2,999 depending on the property (Mini, Plan, Plan+, Estate). Advisory is $159/hr. Re-review of the same property within 24 months is 50% of the Plan price.

Where do you work?

Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, Basalt, and Carbondale. Roaring Fork Valley only, for now.

I'm rarely there. Does that work?

Yes. Arrange access for the site visit (or a video walkthrough for the Mini Plan). The rest happens by call and questionnaire.

How long does it take?

The Plan is delivered within 14 days of the site visit.

Can my vendors and caretaker stay?

Yes. The vendor map starts with your people. We fill trade types only where you have none.

Condo or townhome?

The Mini Plan ($999) uses a video walkthrough instead of a site visit — built for condo and townhome stock.

What systems do you cover?

Typical mountain-home systems: heat and boilers, snowmelt, water shutoffs, roof and heat tape, drainage, irrigation, and related priorities. Exact coverage is written for your property; exclusions are listed in plain language.

Do you provide a phone number?

No. Reach us at Office@propertyactionplan.com, or Submit Home Profile on the site.
