Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms are written in plain language. “HCC,” “we,” and “us” mean Home Care Contracting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. “You” means the person using this site or buying our services. “Plan” means a Property Action Plan in any tier (Mini Plan, Plan, Plan +, or Estate Plan).
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Home Profile. What you type into the Home Profile form: owner name(s), how to reach you, property address, county or HOA, square footage, how the house is structured, occupancy, a good time for the call, and any notes you add.
- Pre-visit questionnaire. If you buy a Plan, the details you provide about the property, its systems, access, vendors, and priorities.
- Site visit notes and photos. What we record at the property to prepare your Plan.
- Payment confirmation. Stripe tells us that a payment was made, the amount, and a reference so we can match it to your Home Profile. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information only to schedule and prepare for your call, to prepare, deliver, and revise your Plan, to answer your questions, and to keep ordinary business, tax, and accounting records. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your property details. We share information only with the service providers listed below, as needed to run the business, or when the law requires it.
Service providers
- Stripe processes payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy; HCC does not receive or store card data.
- Netlify hosts this website and handles form processing and storage: it receives and stores the Home Profile and questionnaire forms you submit and emails them to our business mailbox. Like any web host, it may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security, spam filtering, and delivery.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) gives us usage analytics: which pages are visited, how people arrive, roughly where they are (city or region), their device and browser type, and whether a Home Profile purchase or questionnaire submission was completed. It sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number, address, or questionnaire answers. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser requests font files from Google.
Cookies and your browser
We do not run advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies (see Service providers above) to measure how the site is used; you can block or clear them in your browser settings or use Google’s opt-out add-on, and the site keeps working. The forms save your in-progress answers in your own browser’s local storage so you don’t lose work if you leave the page; you can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep Home Profile, questionnaire, and Plan records for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable time afterward for records, re-reviews, and legal or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Security
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people preparing your Plan. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please don’t put passwords, alarm codes, or lockbox codes in the online forms; we will collect access details in person or by a method we agree on.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. To make a request, email Office@propertyactionplan.com, or reply to the receipt email you received from us.
Children
This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Terms of Service
1. The service
A Property Action Plan is written, property-specific standard operating procedures for one property: a seasonal calendar, a condition snapshot by system, an order of operations, and a vendor map. It is advisory documentation that you, your household, or your own property manager can follow.
Our current service area is Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt and Carbondale, Colorado. We may decline work outside that area or for any property we don’t believe we can serve well.
2. How it works
- You submit a Home Profile. The Home Profile is currently free to submit; a $99 fee may apply and is credited toward a Plan if you move forward.
- We schedule a call of about 30 minutes to discuss the property and the right Plan tier.
- If you decide to proceed, you purchase a Plan and complete the pre-visit questionnaire.
- We complete a site visit (or, for a Mini Plan, a video walkthrough).
- We deliver your Plan within 14 days after the site visit, unless we agree on a different date. One revision is included.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on this site and may change, but the price confirmed when you buy is the price you pay. Current prices: Home Profile $99; Mini Plan $999; Plan $1,499; Plan + $1,799; Estate Plan $2,999; Advisory $159 per hour. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Home Profile fee
The Home Profile is currently free to submit. A $99 Home Profile fee may apply; when charged, it is credited toward the price of a Plan for the same property. If a fee is collected, it is non-refundable once your Home Profile is submitted, because it pays for our review and the call whether or not you go on to buy a Plan.
5. Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time and accurate answers to the questionnaire. If we can’t access the property or key areas, the Plan will note what was not seen. Delivery timing may shift for weather, access, or information we are waiting on.
6. What a Plan is not
- Not property management. HCC does not manage, monitor, or operate your property, hold keys, respond to emergencies, or dispatch vendors, and there is no ongoing or monthly service unless we agree to one in writing.
- Not a licensed inspection or engineering opinion. A Plan is not a home inspection, code review, structural or engineering assessment, environmental test, appraisal, or bid, and it is not a substitute for a licensed contractor, engineer, or inspector.
- Visual and informational. Condition notes are based on a non-invasive visual walkthrough and the information you provide. We don’t open walls, test systems, or move furnishings, and hidden or future conditions may not be identified.
- Cost bands and schedules are planning guides. They are not quotes or guarantees. Always confirm work, safety, and timing with a qualified professional.
7. Your responsibilities
You decide what work to do, who does it, and when. You are responsible for hiring and supervising qualified, licensed, and insured vendors, for permits, and for following manufacturer, HOA, and code requirements.
8. No warranty
We prepare every Plan with care, but Plans, advice, and this website are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that following a Plan will prevent damage, failure, or loss.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HCC’s total liability for any claim relating to our services or this site is limited to the amount you paid HCC for the service giving rise to the claim. HCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including property damage, loss of use, or lost profits, arising from the use of a Plan or from work performed by you or any third party.
10. Ownership and use of your Plan
Once paid in full, you own your delivered Plan for your personal use in caring for that property, and you may share it with your household, property manager, vendors, and a future buyer of the property. HCC keeps all rights to its templates, format, layouts, checklists, methods, and other general content, and may reuse them. You may not resell our templates or format or use them to create competing products.
11. Website content
The content of this site, including the sample Plan pages, is for general information and may not be copied, scraped, or republished without permission. The sample Plan describes a fictional property.
12. Advisory time
Additional revisions, advice, and special-project oversight are billed as Advisory at the posted hourly rate, in the increments we agree on before work begins.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless we both agree otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Terms in effect when you purchased a service apply to that purchase.
15. Contact
